When it is not possible to register the TGrape Keyboard Lock application via your BlackBerry device please enter the following:

• Code shown on your device when no connection is available for registration
• Registration key provided on your purchase of the application

After entering the data a new registration key is provided which you must enter in the TGrape Keyboard Lock registration screen.
